my ds is 10months old and has recently started turning his nose up at food i try to feed him from a spoon. He doesnt have much of an apetite when it comes to food. Some days he barely eats he'd rather have milk. If i give him a peach or some toast or somthing to feed himself he tends to eat abit but if i try to spoon feed him he wont even give it a chance before turning his nose up. Im not sure whether its the heat or not. I just really would like some advise on what he should be eating how much and help on how to encourage him to try. How much water should he be drinking? He doesnt really drink much water at all he tends to just drink his milk. Any help would be really helpful.

Hi, can't help with the water as mine have all drunk loads but have you tried giving him a spoon and bowl of his own to have a go himself? Don't expect him to eat that much from it and it will probably end up messy Have a bowl and spoon for yourself too and it may help get a bit more in him.

I know the heat has affected my appetite so wouldn't surprise me if he's just not interested at the moment.

HTH a bit
