Food magazine for a real foodie who prefers reading to doing?

I would like to get a magazine subscription for a friends (or a book). She loves reading about food trends, cafes and restaurants. Some recipes would be good but I am looking for a read that is a bit more indulgent than practical, the food equivalent to reading Vogue when you can never actually afford the clothes.
Any ideas?

Delicious is good - swoon-worthy recipes, features, trend news etc.

I would say Olive too - more trends and places to eat than recipes, compared to eg Delicious.

Olive is good, has eat in, eat out and eat away sections so covers eating abroad/ weekends away too.

Olive it is then, thank you very much. Ox
