Mash: mash a freeze then micro and add butter milk etc on the day.
Braised red cabbage: cook and freeze.
Stuffing: mix and freeze then just cook on the day.

Your starter, if you are doing soup.

Not frozen but you can also make cranberry sauce or cranberry jelly in advance and store in jam jars. Pigs in Blankets can be assembled, frozen and then cooked from frozen. Just don't use sausages/bacon that were previously frozen.
