Hello, this xmas eve I am cooking a vegetarian wellington, made with puff pastry (of course), herb pancakes, mushroom duxelles and the inner bit is chickpeas, spinach, red pepper, tahini and cumin. Can't wait to try it
. But what to serve with it? I was thinking a bit of watercress?
I'm not sure how far the portions will stretch - feeding about 10 people - how about potatoes?
I really am stuck so would appreciate any advice.
