Hibiscus flowers - you can get them from Lakeland.
Put them in cava or prosecco or whatever other bubbly you have. Cheap stuff, not the good stuff. A little bit of the syrup makes it nice and pink. The flowers look pretty. The flowers are also quite tasty - raspberryish.
