If you drink a protein shake in the morning, what protein do you use ?

I need one which makes me feel full 4-5 hours after breakfast. I used to have one which did the trick but was really disgusting...now I have a new one and it's nice but I was starving 2h30 afterwards..I havd mixed it with water and oats !! I'd be grateful for advice !

I use the protein works one
Mix it with (take your pick!)
Peanut butter
Banana
Almond milk/hazelnut milk
Dash of cream
Cinnamon
Oats (blend to make it thicker)

I use chocolate flavour soya protein as dairy intolerant and add either berries (defrosted overnight) or banana. Sometimes peanut butter as well. Flaxseed is also good or chia seeds as they swell up so make you feel fuller.

I then have 2 hard boiled eggs and an apple on the side if necessary.

Greek yoghurt would be good as also full of protein. Coconut milk and peaches/berries also a good combo.

For mine to fill me up for that long, I really need to throw in the protein so I add almond milk, nut butters and whole nuts - I use frozen berries as well as they make it very thick as does a banana. I would not use oats as that might be the reason it is digested quicker?
