Can you give me ideas for non cheese veggie party food

I'm looking for some ideas for informal veggie food that's not got cheese in it, as it seems that all my fall backs rely on cheese. E.g. cheese board, pizza, loaded potato skins, quiche. Would like something to add a bit of colour and variety. Was thinking something like those big butter beans in tomato sauce. Any ideas?

Is it buffet style or hearty main you are after?

I go for samosas and bhajis usually. Mixed bean salad/pasta salad with pine nuts etc.

I often take a platter of felafels, olives, houmous and pitta sticks when I go to bring-and-share buffet type things.

Also a platter of lots of colourful raw veg (red orange and green peppers, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks) arranged around a central tub of dip (if you want dairy free try babaganoush which is lush and really easy to make)

Thanks for the suggestions. Is for more of a buffet style than a main. E.g. kids party, but making sure there is food for adults as well - I usually do crudities and fruit but just looking for other ideas to break up the cheese monotony (not that I don't love a bit of cheese).

What about some lentil based sausage rolls- I made some last christmas and they were yummy (although can't remember the recipe that I used).

I like the idea of butter beans in tomato sauce but also wondered about having little wraps/ tortillas with a bean chilli and different bits and bobs (sweetcorn, lettuce) so that adults could make up their own mini wrap and eat...
