How bad is old Guiness? I'm not going to poison us all am I?

I wouldn't worry about this.

I would have saved stale guiness for exactly that purpose.

It'll be fine. I doubt it's even started to turn into vinegar - my beef in beer recipe has a dash of that anyway so it wouldn't matter too much.

The guinness? It will be totally fine.
