Buffet party nibbles to make in advance and freeze well.........?

I'm having a party on Boxing Day and don't mind doing a bit of cooking beforehand. Any ideas for quick things on the day and things that are good for freezing!

Quick thing : Stilton parcels .. Shop bought pastry into squares. egg wash pastry and put a spoon of broken up Stilton inside, fold over pastry, seal, egg wash the outside, sprinkle Parmesan and bake !

Cheese straws frozen uncooked work really well!
