I have heard:
royal icing (but I wasn't going to make any otherwise, and what do you do with the rest of the whole egg-white's-worth?)
- butter icing (I suppose you can make tiny bits of this, so yeah but does butter icing not go off and will the whole thing then not keep so long?)
- glue made of fondant dissolved in a drop or two of water
- some other clear icing gel thing, I haven't heard of it, do you buy it?
which is best?
Do you use a cocktail stick or something to do this?
