Any full fat soft cheese - Philadelphia or own brand.

Or if the recipe calls for it, mascarpone.

Full fat soft cream cheese if you can get it (think Tesco does their own brand so would imagine other supermarkets do it too) if not, full fat Philadelphia cheese.
