Looking for a light cream sauce for chicken and pasta please

I have chicken breasts, single cream, fresh dill and some frozen garlic and basil. Is there a sauce in there?

I normally cook chicken, add garlic, slosh of white wine, then bung in some philly cheese and the cream.

You can do it without the cheese though.

Do you have a lemon? If so squeeze half a lemon into cream, warm gently and pour over. Easy....

I do have a slightly shrivelled lemon, thank you both. Dinner sorted.
