What can I do with fingerellas? Any recipe ideas?

My DD (16 months) LOVES sultana fingerellas (those little sponge finger cakes with sultanas in them). They are her favourite treat and I often have them in the cupboard. However, I can't find packs smaller than about 20 and we never get through them and some at least end up in the bin.

But there must be something else I can do with them so not to waste them? Like a dessert? I tried googling but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas?

Do a bread and butter pudding with them?

Freezer until you need them?

Use as a base for a trifle, or crumble up and add to butter to make a base for a pudding, like a cheesecake. Crumble up and sprinkle over the top of puddings. Make a fruit crumble and add them crumbled up to the crumble crumbs.

But as HuevosRancneros says, try them in the freezer.
