I need a good recipe for a "Sweet potato" soup

Think, basically, it's be 1 onion chopped, 1 carrot chopped, 1 stick celery chopped, some sweet potato chopped, 1 pint vegetable stock, salt & pepper, cream if you like.

Sweat onion, carrot & celery in a knob of butter till translucent. Add sweet potato & stock & simmer until sweet potato tender. Season.
Blitz in a blender till smooth.
Put back on heat & swirl cream through if using.
