I have bought the cake moulds for the Brownie Bowls that Nigella has in "Kitchen". The overall idea is very popular with the dc - bowl shaped cake that you fill with ice cream, berries etc.
However the cake is quite rich and I was wondering whether anyone had any suggestions for alternative cakes in this mould - Think it would have to be reasonably dense to hold the shape and come out well.
