Does anyone have a recipe for the New Covent Garden skinny Goan spiced chicken & lentil soup?

That's it really. Just tried it last night, loved it. (I never like shop bought chicken soup but this was lovely.) I've got their recipe book but this isn't in it & it's not on their website either.

If you still have the tub then a list of the ingredients would be a good start.

We recycle cardboard tubs so it was still in the sink, draining after being rinsed out last night. Have copied ingredients.

I'm an experimental cook anyway...
