This is not about weight loss, my weight's about where it should be but I know I feel better when I eat better i.e. less junk

What do you eat when I might eat chocolate/crisps/biscuits? Much as I enjoy fruit it just isn't the same Grin

Dried fruit, nuts, seeds, sesame ryvta with peanut butter, bananas, grapes, melon, porridge, oatcakes

I try hard not to snack...I'm not convinced it's great for your health and certainly not for your teeth, it's a hard habit to break though.
