Blush

Iv'e put the fatty side up. Is that right?

This is payback for pointing and laughing at my friend who roasted a chicken upside down when we were 21.

Fat side up

And your friend was doing the right thing, makes the chicken more moist Wink

Thank you.

I've just performed a minor operation to remove it's string vest.

I cut off the end to discover it's medium rare, and my life, it's chewy. Is beef supposed to be chewy? Confused We're not vegetarian, I just never do red meat.

Depends what cut it was?

I've no idea!

It's now all consumed. 8yo DD described it as "rough", and asked if ours was "smooth" Hmm, but asked for seconds. (She normally claims to be vegetarian, so it couldn't have been that bad!)
