Bugger have I messed up my times help slow cooker and roast beef!!!

I browned it off this am, then put it in the slow cooker with stock on a high at 11 til 12 before turning it down on to a low setting.I've just turned it over at 1.30 and basted it should I put it on high if I want to eat for 5.30??? It was only on high for an hour and I put on at 11???

well it will certainly be cooked if that is what you are worried about?
