What is the closest alternative to tuna?

Doing a diet and part of it is tuna, I love most things but tuna makes me feel sick, so I need to switch it, what the closest alternative,

No idea about calories, but you could try salmon, or swordfish (but i bet you won't like that if you don't like tuna), guess it should be an oily fish.

Have you ever had fresh tuna? It's really different to canned. Don't mean to be patronising btw.

Thanks, its a chemcial based diet you eat what they tell you and the foods together make you lose weight, i would imagine quite close to tuna in calorie. I love salmon will try that I think.

the diet is similar but has more calories.

I have (and friends have) done this diet a number of times and we have usually lost 4-6 lbs each time.

Don't see why it would be a problem as we are eating over 1000 each day for 3 days.
