Do I need to alter the water quantity? Going to use about 30% wholemeal.

Thanks stitch. Wholemeal flour is out of date anyway, I've just discovered .

This loaf will be all white but will try wholemeal/white mix tomorrow

IME if you're replacing more than about 50% of white or brown flour with wholemeal, you do need to increase water and sometimes also add a teeny pinch of vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid). For 500g white flour I use 350g water, so would use 360g water in a 50:50 or more wholemeal loaf.
