I have just been to Lidl for the very first time, and come home with a wide variety of goodies including spicy Polish sausage. I have some roast leftover pork belly in the fridge, and Costcutter will supply a large jar of Sauerkraut, so I thought we could have Bigos, but I seem to have lost the scrappy piece of paper with the recipe I used last time we cooked it, some time in the last millennium.
Does anyone have a good one they can recommend please? I promise to return with feedback and a review - for those who haven't had it, it's a cracking autumn warming recipe.
