A cake made in the microwave with honey as sweetener - does it exist ?

I'd really like to make a sponge cake for my dd(2) who doesn't eat sugar.

With a newborn baby I dont have time for oven baking and I don't even have a cake tin!

I know you can make cakes in microwave, can it be done with honey?

Has anyone done this?

Thank you for reading and for any advice you have!

Honey is sugar! It's not as refined, but it's still sugar.

You might want to google sugar-free cake recipes - here are some.
