OK, so throw suggestions at me.
I have just realised that lunch is a problem meal for me. I forget to eat it, especially if I am at home, and end up wondering why I'm starving hungry. I do have some eating disorder type issues around eating alone plus in my family we never sat down to lunch and you had to sort yourself out, so I've never really learnt how much to eat and what sort of thing. I know I'm not usually having enough because I'm always hungry at 3-4 p.m. and we eat around 7.30.
What do you eat for lunch and how much would you snack in the afternoon?
