Assorted questions about cooking my chicken breasts...will they be ok do you think?

I was thinking of marinating the breasts in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and then wrapping them in proscuitto and baking them but I've never done it before, it's a last minute change to what I was going to cook (salmon in proscuitto) so any responses to:

Will chicken be ok with puy lentil, feta and thyme salad do you think? And how much in advance can I make this? Night before? (please say yes!)

Will it be too long if I marinate the breasts in olive oil etc the night before? Have never marinated for this long but logically only time I will have

Shall I cover the breasts with foil for the first bit or all/none of the cooking?

How long do you reckon in the oven? Will be 9 breasts in total.

TIA for any advice.

Thought teh longer you marinated something the better? Cover in foil if think drying out?

proscuuitto will stop them drying out and I would chuck them in athe marinade the night before. I marindae chicken for 2 of 3 days sometimes (eg I do a load and we don't eat it straight off!!).

No foil and about 35 mins.

Actually 35 if packed together, 25 if spaced apart!!
