juicing . good or not so good for you?

I've dug out my juicer from the back of the cupboard and have fallen back in love with juicing. The question is, is it really good for me, or are all those lovely vitamins counteracted by the loss of the fiber I put in the the compostor?

The fibre helps to process the fructose in sugar, stopping you having such a sugar high so I prefer smoothies.

Good for you though, especially if you go the vege juice route.
