Hi - I want to get a chart to see which foods contain which vitamins/minerals but I can only find ones that list the vitamins first then say which foods contain them - what I want is one that lists different foods first THEN shows which vitamins (and preferably how much of each vitamin by weight of food) it contains.
Does anyone have one/know where I could get one?
