Actually, slice the marrow really thin, fry it and sprinkle it in the frying pan with a shitload of parmesan and black pepper. That'll be nice.

We follow Jamie Oliver's Hamilton squash recepie but use pumpkin. Slice into the top at an angle and take off as a lid. cut a notch in so you can see where lid goes back in. Stuff as per recepie and wrap in foil. Serve at the table so you can take lid off, help yourself and the put lid back on! Yum! Great with salmon baked with sweet chilli sauce

Basically any recepie that uses squash just use pumpkin instead

Hollow out marrow. Cut up the hollowed out bits. Add to mince ( think spaghetti Bol mix) then put back in marrow. Cover with cheese. Cook. Hairy bikers have an actual recipe for this.

For pumpkin hollow out. Fry chunks in butter with cumin. Add to risotto with chicken. Or roast instead of potatoes. Or send it to me. I heart pumpkin

Every time I look at the marrow I just think I'm turning into Dreary Deirdre Barlow...
