And I'm not afraid to use them.

But what can I make with them?

Something yummy and easy please!

I'd roast them with herbs and bottle them in olive oil. Someone will have a good recipe - last time I did this they expanded and popped the lids off!

If you haven't zillions, I'd just roast them with a little salt, some chopped onions and herbs and use it for bruschetta, pasta sauce, pizzas... Cooked, they will keep in the fridge for up to a week.

When I used to grow them, I made a yummy pasta sauce (if I say so myself!). Just roast in oven with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and a tiny pinch of chilli flakes. When soft and wilted, stir them through cooked pasta, add a splash of cream/creme fraiche and there you have it.

I love tomatoes! Sadly we are now sodding north facing and have shitty light so I can't grow them anymore (sob).

silly that sounds delish but I've already used my toms at dinner tonight and made a yummy tomato , ham and cheese puff pastry tart.

Very nice, will definitely do again if there are any more gluts forthcoming !

If any fail to turn red before the cold weather sets in, then google green tomato chutney... Yum yum yum (and good for Christmas pressies!)
