I've over committed for a bake sale so trying to figure out how to get everything done...
I'm planning a chocolate cake - I was thinking of baking the sponges tonight (sandwich style cake) then sandwiching them together and icing tomorrow. If I keep the sponges in an airtight container tonight, will it still be ok by tomorrow?
And if anyone knows how long oat & cranberry flapjacks keep for that would be useful too...
