DD (8months) always has porridge for breakfast and I just change the fruit I add.
Lunch/tea - she won't eat bread at all in any disguise, so that would be a fairly normal one otherwise.
She has :
-chicken and veg (from roast dinner) - make loads of pots and freeze
-pasta - loves passata ( I freeze it in ice cube trays and just use a cube at a time) and bung in any veg I have in the fridge; macaroni cheese; tuna and sweetcorn

  • rice, with veg/lentils
  • cous cous with grated pear and cheese (makes it stick together a bit)
  • fish cakes
  • omelette with whatever veg (tho horrid HV told me off for giving her eggs. Do not know why, but she loves them so I carry on)

Got any ideas for a finniky 9 month old whist you are at it?

DS will eat

Bread
Banana
Scotch pancakes
rusk/biscuits

Otherwise is insiting on a fine puree for everything else so what other finger foods can introduce to get hi used to chewing? Btw he will eat anything you give him in puree form.
