Hi.
Im a busy working mum of 4 and I think we eat a fairly healthy diet.
I mostly cook from scratch but sometimes have to have the odd beans on toast or quick cook pasta night.
I literally haven't had time to sit down for a couple of hours and think about the changes I really need to make.
Im now on 2 blood pressure tabs and have mild renal failure so need to make radical changes.
I don't need to lose weight really ( well maybe half a stone ), and I really struggle to fit in exercise , but the one thing I can do is think about my diet.
Im good with low fat and sugars but my knowledge on salt labels is crap.
I can read labels and buy low salt everything, but its basics im after like, what to have for breakfast and what to take to work for lunch-sandwich fillers-or is bread even too salty ?
I just hoped that maybe someone else has been following a similar diet and could pass on some tips, id really appreciate it.
TIA
