There was a fab recipe on here for Mediterranean Pie which has now gone, can anyone help?

I often make recipes from here. I used to make a Mediterranean Pie one which now seems to have disappeared (it was in the Vegetarian section) it was along the lines of : line the pie dish with puff pastry, add sliced raw veg like onions, pepper, courgette, mushroom, add in creme fraiche, pesto and sundried tomato paste. Then cover with more puff pastry and cook. It was pretty easy and really tasty and I'm planning to have a go at recreating it.

But without the recipe I'm not sure what quantity of creme fraiche to put in, or whether it goes on top or under the veg ( or even if that matters) and I don't know what temp to cook it on and for how long. I do remember that I didn't precook the pastry case and it came out fine.

If anyone can remember the recipe or can make suggestions as to how to achieve Pie Success I'd be most grateful. I've googled, but can't find anything similar. Many thanks!

Oh thanks for those links, the top one looks most similar. I did have a go at doing the pie the way I remembered it and it would have been fine except that I used low fat creme fraiche which created a big puddle of wateriness. My pie had a soggy bottom that Mary Berry would have been unamused by. I baked it for about 40 mins on medium heat and that seemed to work to soften the veg and cook the pastry top. Will def try again with full fat creme fraiche. Thanks again

Most welcome.
I think you are right, low fat things contain a lot of water. To bulk it up for eating, but maybe not for cooking!
