How do they stop the apple going brown?. Dd lives them in her packed lunch, just the right amount of each fruit, but I don't love the cost.

So how do they stop the apples discolouring?

They won't be packed in oxygen. There will be different gases in there to stop it discolouring instead.

Squeeze some lemon juice on the apple slices to prevent them from going brown.
