How long would you keep homemade veg soup in fridge?

I'd eat it the day I made it, the next day and the day after that. The following day, I'd be cautious. I wouldn't eat it after that.

A week. Do this loads. Trick is to keep in airtight jug and to put in fridge ASAP after making and cooled down. Only once had lentil soup go off and think it was over a week old.

If you boil it up well it will prob be ok 4th day, maybe fifth? Depends how nice it was whether I would risk it then or not, delicious, then yes after a good boil, bland? no not worth it.
