do you eat bags of washed salad stuff and do you wash it again before you eat it or not

I never did and then started thinking about chlorine and toxiplasmosis or whatever it's called and now I can't buy any!

I used to buy this stuff, but don't now. From what I've read, if salad is a week old (or whatever), keeping it in the plastic bag with the special gases might keep it looking pretty, but the nutrients are long gone.

If you do want to eat this stuff, please wash it before eating.

After reading stuff like "Not on the label" I don't buy it anymore.

yes I buy it, no I don't wash it, and I spent a year in food research testing the gases they use in the bags.

any veg is better than no veg at all
