This is the kind of thing we all eat:
Shepherd’s pie
Lasagne
pasta with tomato sauce (I mean home made, not Heinz lol)
Broccoli and cauli cheese, add pasta for bulk
Baked potatoes with bacon, onion and cream sauce
mini puff pasty tarts with tomato, onion and cheese
Sausage casserole
Lots of broccoli, leeks, carrots on the side.
Can supply recipes if needed.

what would you normally eat each day, as long as its not ready meals or horrid tinned stuff with lots of salt or additives etc then he can have what you have, just dont add any salt to whatever you are cooking tho Grin

I do, do lots of things that was suggested but in the slow cooker, but I was under the opinion that a lot of nutrients were lost by the length of cooking time. I also do lots of your suggestions but with quorn as we don't eat much meat.

i use a slowcooker and dd has anything that i've cooked in it, wasn't aware that the food lost nutrients tho (i don't add my veg till late tho coz it does turn to mush so 1hr before its ready chuck it in)
