Any nice salmon recipes for baby that I can freeze? And why are my frozen baby recipes so thick?

When I make food and blitz it is a lovely consistency for baby to eat but when I freeze and then defrost it, the food has quite a paste like consistency! Why?

Also does anyone have a nice salmon recipe that I can make in advance and freeze for baby? He is 7 months?

Thank you

I used to poach some salmon in milk, flake it, add finely chopped broccoli, and make a creamy sauce (flour, milk, oil/butter) to pour over. Served with mash or tiny pasta. Worked with formula milk as well as normal cow's.
Froze it in small portions - ice cubes, then yogurt pots then takeaway pots as DS got bigger Smile
