OMG! Why have my frozen sausages got beef conective tissue in them?

It sounds discusting! I dont know why I looked at the ingredients,but now i dont fancy eating them.
Anyone know why they need to put stuff like that in?
And would you still eat them?

could it be that there may be connective tissue and they have to state that due to the BSR crisis a few years back?

They have to tell you exactly what you're eating, and it means they can't claim something is 100% meat when it contains other bits like gelatine, fat and connective tissue. More \link{http://www.food.gov.uk/news/pressreleases/2002/sep/fsameatlabelling\here} from the Food Standards Agency.

Sausages have loads of icky stuff in them.Pigs testicles,bits of intestine,brain etc.
