cooking, freezing then reheating chorizo??

Should i do this? Bean and chorizo stew is one of my regular batch cooks but i just realised that as it is already cooked it might be a bit risky. Emmm the same probably applies to the tinned beans too. Really want to keep cooking this but dont want to poison us.

There's nothing wrong with what you are doing. Cook, freeze, reheat is perfectly safe.
