Easy starter for 18 people

Need some inspiration please!

Themarriedwoman I have avoided all throughout and now I'm all I've been missing out!

I've had the odd small glass of wine but didn't know I could have cooked cheeses!!

We've got a Camembert in the fridge cos fil is due and him and dh love it too. Well they're both getting a bit less as I'm not missing out now!!!

Some fab ideas on this thread. My dh doesn't realise some of these are easy peasy!

Cut Goat's cheese, Camembert or Brie into largish chunks and place onto offset squares of layered buttered filo pastry. Bring the corners of the pastry together at the top, brush with melted butter and bake for about 15-20 mins. Once cooled, tie a few chives around the top. Serve with redcurrant jelly or cranberry sauce.
