What can i do with slightly vinergary olives?

Apart from eating them before some wise bottom person suggest it.

Brought some at the market and dont know what to do with them, tried lots of olives for the first time yesterday. (apart from on pizza)

Take a wide and stemmed glass and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, where you have already placed a bottle of very nice vodka. Rinse the glass out with a little bit of vermouth, add a finger of vodka and drop in an olive. Drink the martini in three sips quite quickly. Repeat.

Destone them and place them in a blender with a clove of garlic, some basil and black pepper, whizz it up and add olive oil untill you have tapanade (works better with black olives)Serve it on toasted baguette.

Chop them up and add to a tomato pasta sauce.
