No idea what to do with them (someone bought them for me!)

Only have basic store cupboard ingredients, plenty of herbs / mustard / garlic...

thanks Grin

Bash them thin, coat in seasoned breadcrumbs/flour and fry v quickly. Yum.

Grill or roast them so the fat is crispy. Put apple sauce and cheese on top ad put under grill til the cheese melts.

Oh, and deglaze pan with lemon or wine and serve with salad.

knew MN would come up trumps, thank you! They sound yummy, glad I have enough in the pack to do two different meals tonight and tomorrow!

Marinate tomorrow's overnight in a mix of honey, balsamic, mustard, oil. then grill.

Definitely eat them.

ginmakesitallok · 18/08/2013 19:23

pork florentine recipe uses pork fillet, but I'd just cut up your steaks

CalamityJones · 18/08/2013 19:25

Chop then up and casserole them with bay, creme fraiche, parsnips, parboiled new potatoes and pears

Schnitzels - thinned with a mallet (side of a kitchen knife will do), coated in seasoned flour, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and then shallow fried.
