What's your fave, no fail, everyone loves it recipe?

Making a picnic for Many (adults and kids) and need some wow recipes! Also quick n easy as I also have many cakes to make too!

My very fave picnic thing is this pie it's meat and pastry.

I make it half this size (halve the ingredients) and it makes 8 good slices.

Also, a terrine is nice for a picnic with some crusty bread and pickles/chutneys. Google for meat, fish or veggie terrines.

I make tuna pasta salad with 2/3 mayo and 1/3 ketchup, gives it a nice tang!

I make tabbouleh. Soak bulgar wheat in boiling water for 30 mins. Drain. Add chopped cucumber, celery and fresh mint. Season.

Roast some veg, add to cous cous.

Spinach and ricotta tart. Ready rolled pastry, line a tin. Cook down 2 bags of spinach. Drain and squeeze. Chop finely. Add to a jug of whisked eggs and cream. Add ricotta. Season, mix and pour into tin. Cook.

I also make a rosemary focaccia.

Cook orzo. Mix with sundried tomato paste, chopped up sundried toms and quarter posh cherry toms. Season.
