we are having roast chicken.

leftovers of last night's Spiced Rice salad . Followed by a Petit Filous Chocolate yoghurt (has anyone tried them? They are lovely -too nice for the children!!)

Microwaved cheese and ham sandwich and a mug of peppermint tea.

I just went to the nearby shop and bought Quiche with salad, normally its gorgeous but today they had drenched it in salad dressing and it totally spoilt it, all the quiche was soggy - yuk!!!

we had a ploughmans at the pub (OJ for me [saad])
