Can I make pastry case in glass quiche dish?

Ok being really lazy here I have Jus-Rol as it's vegan pastry and need to make pastry case for a large strawberry flan for Thursday night. I don't have a fluted pastry tin with removable bottm although I do have 4 tiny ones. I have a glass quiche dish but worry the pastry will stick as I need to take case out to serve. Any advice? I don't have time to get a proper pastry tin. Should I use the quiche dish or make individual tartlets in the tiny tins?

Thank you :)

Bake it blind in the glass dish but put a circle of baking parchment underneath the pastry base to help stop it sticking.

I'd serve it in the dish.

Jamnan I was going to bake it blind but worried it will stick to the glass. I will put parchment paper on the base, although the sides may still stick :(
