Can I give DS (10 months) spinach and ricotta lasagne?

Have just cooked spinach and ricotta lasagne for myself and DH for a change. Just wondered if there is any reason why I cant give a portion to DS who is 10 months? I havent added any salt or pepper so should be ok on that aspect. DS eats his main meal at lunchtime so I would have to store in the fridge and reheat in the microwave tomorrow. Can I reheat without any probs?

I think it'll be fine. Is it made from scratch or does it use any jars of sauce? Jars would have a lot of salt in.

And It hink reheating it is fine.

Reheating would be fine, just make sure it's heated through.
Can't see any problems with it otherwise.
Even if there is a jar in there which has some salt in it, it's very unlikely to be enough to take him over the daily limit.
Only thing is, I really fancy some lasagne so can't you send it to me instead? Wink

As you say you have made it from scratch - so as long as you haven't added salt (herbs/garlic etc are fine) then it should be O.K.

Heating up the next day is fine - but don't reheat any leftovers - lob it in the bin. Smile

Are you giving your DS eggs yet? If not then check the lasagne sheets as they might contain egg. If you are giving him eggs then ignore me!! Smile

Thanks all... The lasagne is made totally from scratch and DS is having eggs so should be fine. Lets just hope he likes it! Grin
