How do you make your fajitas?

I normally buy the box that has the wraps and spice inside so just have to add the chicken and peppers.

Do you make your own fajita spice or cheat like me?

we buy seasoning mix
chop onion peppers & chicken lemon juice add mix and rest
make our own guacamole
make our own salsa
buy creme fraiche
chop fresh iceburg
grate cheese
discovery wholemeal wraps

Tesco do a BBQ seasoning which is much cheaper than the sachets of seasoning. I didn't have anything the other day and used some random stir fry sauce with smoked paprika, and that really did do the trick so I guess that's the key flavour I like on them.

I do the ones from Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food book. They are very easy and delicious.
