I am baking a three tiered chocolate cake. I have three layers of sponge cake. I am filling one layer with chocolate buttercream, the other layer needs to be filled with chocolate whipped cream.
The cake then needs covering in chocolate.
Anyone got any good ways to do chocolate whipped cream and the covering?
