Ok. I'll dig some up, but here's the website I use: \link{http://www.allrecipes.com\here}. You can search by ingredients.

I have a couple of loaf recipes I've used on there that are dairy-free, that I'm sure you could use for muffins, you just need to watch the timings, obviously.

Alternatively, use your favourite butter-using recipe, but use dairy-free marg. It's pretty easy to find.

I've got a really good muffin recipe (from Twiglett) which uses veg oil, but unfortuantely it also uses milk. I'll type it ou if you want to try it and replace with soya milk??

Ah, you don't want to shop. Fair enough.

I won't give links to my recipes probably then, as they require large amounts of carrots or bananas or cooked squash or dates ... unless some of these are things you have? (i am a bit lazy to go hunting right now)

I'd have a dig on that site. Use search-by-ingredients. Note that the recipes are American (use cups = 250ml or 8oz. baking soda = bicarbonate of soda). Also note that all recipes tend to have lots of reviews, which can let you know how good a recipe is, or what complaints other users had about it.

all sorted now thanks. Vinegar is the secret ingredient to make them rise!
